Objetivo y funcionamiento<\/h2>\n

El Mercat Carni-Ramader i Av\u00edcola de Barcelona tiene como objetivo principal reunir, al menos una vez por semana, a comerciantes, industriales, agentes comerciales y otros posibles operadores relacionados con los sectores c\u00e1rnico, ganadero y av\u00edcola para llevar a cabo las operaciones mercantiles de contrataci\u00f3n en r\u00e9gimen de libre concurrencia de oferta y demanda, referidas a los sectores mencionados.<\/p>\n

Son operadores del Mercat Carni-Ramader i Av\u00edcola todos los comerciantes, mayoristas o detallistas, industriales, agentes comerciales y otros diferentes relacionados con los sectores c\u00e1rnico, ganadero y av\u00edcola, que en legal ejercicio de su actividad, dediquen o relacionen su negocio al tr\u00e1fico habitual de productos y mercanc\u00edas que son objeto propio de los mencionados sectores, y hayan inscrito en el Libro de Registro del Mercado, como adheridos, su nombre o raz\u00f3n social, as\u00ed como su denominaci\u00f3n comercial, si resultara suficientemente acreditada a juicio de la Junta Rectora del Mercat Carni-Ramader i Av\u00edcola.<\/p>\n

Las sesiones del Mercat Carni-Ramader i Av\u00edcola tienen lugar en el Sal\u00f3n de C\u00f3nsules de la Casa Llotja de Mar de Barcelona todos los martes de 17 a 20 horas.<\/p>\n

A la vez que se realiza la sesi\u00f3n del Mercado, se re\u00fanen las comisiones de precios del sector porcino y del sector bovino, para cifrar las cotizaciones registradas a los correspondientes sectores en el mercado y confeccionar una hoja de precios orientativos, a la que se le da una amplia difusi\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo dentro de Catalunya y el resto del Estado Espa\u00f1ol, sino tambi\u00e9n a pa\u00edses como Francia, Alemania, Holanda, Italia y Portugal.<\/p>\n
