No lo digo yo, lo afirma la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.europa.eu\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agencia<\/a><\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">Europea del Medio Ambiente en su informe quinquenal, que se ha hecho\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">publico esta semana. Seg\u00fan sus d<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">atos, el consumo de alimentos por s\u00ed solo\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">representa casi un tercio del uso total de recursos naturales en Europa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p3R_mc2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">M\u00e1s\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">afirmaciones<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">: \u201cla biodiversidad est\u00e1<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">dism<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">inu<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">yendo debido a las presiones\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">persistentes derivadas de patrones de producci\u00f3n y consumo insos<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">tenibles, en\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">particular en el sistema alimentario<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">. La salud de los suelos agr\u00edcolas se est\u00e1\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">deteriorando debido al uso excesivo de insumos qu\u00edmicos, los monocultivos, la\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">reposici\u00f3n insuficiente de materia organi<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">c<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">a y las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">insostenibles\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p3R_mc2\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">La citada Agencia de Medio Ambiente de la UE considera que\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">los productos de origen animal son la categor\u00eda alimenta<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">r<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">ia con mayor impacto,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">ya que conllevan un uso significativo del suelo, emisiones de Gases de Efec<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">t<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">o\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">Invernade<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">r<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">o y p<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">rdida de biodiversidad.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">Para no dejar mal sabor de boca<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">la\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">misma<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">a<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">gencia reconoce el papel que desempe\u00f1an los siste<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">m<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">as ganaderos\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">extensivos basados en pastos y de las llamadas explotaciones mixtas\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">dedicadas a varios cultivos y a la ganader\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"p3R_mc3\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p3R_mc3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">Desde AGROPOPULAR llevamos tiempo defendiendo el importante\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">papel multifuncional que desempe\u00f1a la ganader\u00eda extensiva y la necesidad de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">que cuente con una mayor protecci\u00f3n. El problema radica en que la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agropopular.com\/category\/ganaderia\/\">ganader\u00eda\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">exte<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">n<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">siva por si sola no garantiza el abastecimiento suficiente en cantidad de la\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">carne, los huevos o la leche y todos sus derivados, que demandan hoy los\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">consum<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">i<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">dores. Eso<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">por un lado. Dicho de otra manera<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">sin la ganader\u00eda\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">intensiva no habr\u00eda hoy la suficiente cantidad de carne, de huevos o de l<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">eche y\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">sus derivados<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">y<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">lo que tambi\u00e9n es importante,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">a unos precios que sean\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">asequibles para una mayor parte de<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">l<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">os<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">consumidores.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p3R_mc3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">Est\u00e1 muy bien lo que\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">dice la Agencia Europea del Medio Ambiente, pero eso nos lleva a plantear el\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">siguiente dilema a los consumidores, es decir, a to<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">dos<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">: \u00bfesta<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">mos<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">dispuesto<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">s<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">a<\/span><\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">comer menos carne, menos huevos o menos leche, quesos y yogures<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">y\/o a\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">pagar todos estos productos m\u00e1s caros? Esa es la cuesti\u00f3n de fondo.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">La\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span tabindex=\"0\">respuesta la tiene cada uno.
